Linnamäe Lihatööstus has a long tradition, known as the largest and oldest manufacturer of game meat products in Estonia. Starting from 2020, Linnamäe Lihatööstus AS brings together three brands: Linnamäe Lihatööstus, Liivimaa Lihaveis and Lihapood.

Our story

Products, Market, Partners, Developments.

Quality, freshness and exclusivity are the keywords of Linnamäe Lihatööstös products. The advantages of the products are naturalness and purity. They are made from local raw materials: pork and mild grass-fed beef of Estonian origin and game hunted from Estonian forests. The main priority of Linnamäe Meat Industry is quality, in which no concessions are made – in 2021, the company was awarded a certificate for a food safety management system that meets the ISO 22000:2018 standard. Linnamäe Lihatööstus has set itself the goal of promoting the consumption of game meat in Estonia, as here game meat is consumed per inhabitant significantly less than the average in Europe.

Linnamäe Lihatööstus sells 75% of its production on the Estonian market. You can buy Linnamäe Meat Industry products in all major shopping centers. In addition, the company is actively engaged in exports. The main foreign markets are Finland, Sweden and Germany.

Linnamäe Meat Industry’s cooperation partners are the majority of Estonian hunters, from whom a total of 40% of game hunted in Estonia is purchased; all retail chains and many well-known restaurants.
